These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between rz777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and you, the registered user ("Player", "you", "your"). rz777 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform under an international online gaming license, providing services to eligible players across Pakistan.

rz777 offers a range of gaming and wagering services including, without limitation, live dealer casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), video slots, Lucky Dice instant-win games, and a comprehensive sports betting section covering cricket, PSL, and other international sporting events. All services are offered subject to the terms set out in this Agreement.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with rz777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the rz777 platform. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other document, this Agreement shall take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.

Access to and use of the rz777 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rz777 enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account holders. This is an absolute requirement and no exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are registering and accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, issued by rz777 or any other gaming operator.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of rz777 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

rz777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is completed.

To access rz777's gaming and betting services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified rz777 account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one rz777 account at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. rz777 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances consolidated, forfeited, or returned at rz777's sole discretion following investigation.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rz777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. rz777 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep login details secure. You must notify rz777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Accurate Information. You are required to keep your account information current and accurate. Any changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment method must be reported to rz777 promptly. rz777 may require re-verification of your identity following significant changes to account information.

3.4 KYC Verification. rz777 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") program in compliance with its international licensing obligations. All players are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rz777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rz777 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your rz777 account balance instantly upon confirmation of receipt. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business hours to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before 17:00 PKT on any business day are processed same-day in the majority of cases. Requests submitted after 17:00 PKT are processed on the next business day. rz777 does not guarantee same-day processing in all circumstances and processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal to Deposit Method. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the applicable method's withdrawal capability. rz777 may request documentary evidence to confirm ownership of the receiving account before releasing funds.

4.5 Transaction Limits. rz777 reserves the right to apply minimum and maximum transaction limits to individual accounts. Limits may be adjusted at rz777's discretion, including as a responsible gambling measure where account activity indicates potential harm.

4.6 No Third-Party Deposits. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment account will be returned and the deposit will not be credited to your rz777 balance.

rz777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible account holders from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and sports betting free bets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the relevant promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your rz777 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are stated in the promotional terms applicable to each offer. Where no wagering requirement is specified, a standard requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

5.2 Bonus Abuse. rz777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk or lock in a mathematical advantage, or colluding with other players in relation to bonuses. Any such conduct will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses issued by rz777 carry an expiry period as stated in the promotional terms. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account balance automatically without compensation.

5.4 rz777's Discretion. rz777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Eligibility for any promotional offer may be restricted to specific player segments, deposit methods, or geographic regions within Pakistan.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the rz777 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or accessible via the game's information panel. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure during a game session, rz777 will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and determine the correct outcome based on available game data. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, the relevant wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. rz777's decision in relation to technical malfunctions is final.

6.3 Software Errors. In the event that an error in rz777's software results in an incorrect payout, odds display, or game result, rz777 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and correct the error. Winnings paid as a result of a software error are not valid and rz777 may reclaim such amounts from affected account balances.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. rz777 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile data interruptions or WiFi failures. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side record of the game state at the time of disconnection.

rz777's sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is), football, tennis, basketball, and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on rz777.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on rz777 are subject to acceptance by rz777. rz777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time before or after the event, at its sole discretion, including where rz777 suspects the integrity of the event or the bet in question.

7.2 Odds. All odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise stated. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds at which your wager is accepted, regardless of subsequent market movement.

7.3 Event Cancellations. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the event-specific rules.

7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. In-play odds change rapidly. rz777 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after an event outcome is already determined — whether due to network delay or any other reason — will be voided.

7.5 Maximum Payout. rz777 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant market and are subject to change. Where a bet would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum, the payout will be capped at the applicable maximum limit.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rz777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one rz777 account.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in bad faith.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing rz777 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Any conduct that rz777 reasonably considers to be detrimental to the integrity of its platform or its other players.

9.1 Suspension by rz777. rz777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any rz777 account at any time, without prior notice, where rz777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where rz777 is required to do so to comply with its regulatory or legal obligations.

9.2 Closure by rz777. Following investigation of a suspended account, rz777 may elect to permanently close the account. Where the closure is due to a material breach by the player (e.g., fraud, underage gambling, prohibited conduct), rz777 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account. Where closure is due to non-breach reasons, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

9.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request to close your rz777 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the rz777 platform for responsible gambling reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or indefinitely. 10.1 Platform Availability. rz777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions may affect platform availability. rz777 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.

10.2 No Liability for Losses. rz777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the rz777 platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings.

10.3 Third-Party Services. rz777 integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and data feeds. rz777 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services and their separate terms and privacy policies apply where relevant.

10.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rz777's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rz777 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rz777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an rz777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by rz777 includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, national identity details (CNIC), contact information, payment account details, and betting and gaming history. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently published on the rz777 platform supersedes all prior versions. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to rz777's international gaming license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to rz777's internal dispute resolution process as described below.

13.1 Internal Dispute Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your rz777 account, game outcome, payment, or bonus, you should contact rz777 customer support in the first instance. rz777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 10 business days in the majority of cases.

13.2 Escalation. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through rz777's internal process to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under rz777's international gaming license.
